Profile:Kohji Fukunaga
Professional Photographer. Born in 1958, Kobe, Japan.
Studied photography techniques at Osaka University of ART.
And began the creation of dance people photography.

Major works
1981 -displayed his first exhibition entited "Kairai-Gokochi" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
         -invited to exhibit this work to the Japan Advertising Photographer's Association Exhibition, in Tokyo.
1984 -set up his own independent studio, "Studio époque".
         While working as an advertising photographer at Studio époque, he continued to click many dancers.
Continued to click Dai Rakudakan from 1987.
Continued to click Ishinha from 1991.
Continued to click many BUTOH dancer, Osaka Dance Experience, from 1995.
Kohji Fukunaga has displayed 30 exhibitions from 1981 which reveal his extraordinary vision and intensely personal feeling for this art.
